Pick-up & Delivery Policy for Key Duplication
We understand that some customers prefer to have their keys collected and delivered for duplication. While we do not operate our own pick-up/delivery service, we can assist by arranging a courier at the customer’s cost, or customers may engage their own courier.
Important Terms & Conditions

Courier Charges

All courier charges (both pick-up and return) must be paid upfront before collection is arranged.

The courier service is engaged on the customer’s behalf, and all charges are non-refundable once the service is booked.

Key Identification Limitations

In many cases, customers send photos of their keys for quotation. Our quotation is based on the photos provided and does not guarantee that the key blank will be an exact match.

There is a possibility that upon physical inspection, we may not have the correct blank for duplication. In such cases, the duplication cannot proceed, but courier charges still apply and will not be refunded.

Key Function Limitations

Unless the original key blank is available and being used, there is a possibility that a duplicated key—although cut precisely—may still not operate the lock due to factors that cannot be determined without examining the lock itself (e.g., design differences between blanks).

In such cases, courier fees remain payable and will not be refunded.

Adjustment & Additional Trips

Occasionally, duplicated keys may require fine adjustments to work perfectly. This can only be confirmed after the customer tests the keys.

If adjustments are required, additional courier trips will be at the customer’s own cost.

Liability for Courier Fees

We are not responsible for any courier costs under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Duplication not possible due to blank unavailability

Keys not functioning due to lock-specific compatibility issues

Keys requiring further adjustments after delivery

Customer changing their mind after collection has been arranged

By requesting courier arrangement, the customer agrees to bear all related courier costs.

Customer Acknowledgement
Before we arrange any pick-up or delivery, customers must confirm in writing (e.g., by email or WhatsApp) that they have read, understood, and accepted the above terms.
