Sales Policy

FIXED PRICING

To ensure fairness for all customers, all products in our store are sold at fixed prices. Bargaining is unnecessary, as our staff are strictly not allowed to adjust prices. This policy ensures a fair pricing structure for all customers and saves both parties time and stress.

RETURNS

Duplicated keys, remotes, RFID cards, and tags that do not function properly can be returned within 7 days for rectification or replacement. Products that are fully functional are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

Items in their original condition and packaging may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value within 7 days. Keys, remotes, and products that affect reselling are not exchangeable. This includes items with sealed, non-resealable packaging that has been opened, unless the wrong item was provided.

REFUNDS

A refund will only be issued if we are unable to rectify, repair, or replace a defective item.
Refunds are processed via PayNow by default. We will provide cash refunds only for customers who has no PayNow account. For payments made via Nets (1%) or Credit Card (3%), the provider’s transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

WARRANTY

We provide a 12-month warranty for:

  • Remotes
  • RFID cards/tags
  • Transponder keys
  • Key shells

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. All returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims must be accompanied by the sales receipt or clear images of the sales receipt.
  2. Soxxi Master, at its sole discretion, will determine whether to rectify, repair, replace, or refund an item.
  3. We reserve the right to amend our store policies as necessary.
